He has spent countless hours mentoring and coaching athletes from the ages of 9-19 years old. Coaching football and track has been a part of his life for more than 15 years. Throughout the years of coaching his track athletes have won USATF, AAU National Track & Field Junior Championships and GHSA Championships in the 300M hurdles, 400M, 400M hurdles, Long Jump,Triple Jump, and 4x100M relay. Winning a GHSA State Championship in football and then returning to another one has been a great confidence builder for the young seasoned coach. The years and months seem to fly away,
but Smith’s experiences as a youth, coach, and a trainer have helped to develop his philosophy on training and on life. His guiding belief is that ALL athletes can and will improve with the proper training, but with the right trainer they can learn to become more efficient in the movements of their sport. Renaldo knows that if you do something that you love it will not feel like work. That passion for what he does drives him to be a better trainer, coach, dad, and man. The love of sports and personal growth through athletics fuel him to continue to be an innovator in the fitness industry. He is one of the best kept secrets in his field, but he will never stop growing because his clients deserve the best. Renaldo also knows that “hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard”. He gives every client the training that he wished he had received as a youth. That drive will not stop him from being better every day just like what he expects of his clients.
